From the Cider Shack
Enjoy our award wining cider from our Cider Shack - available for public and private events.
Our artisan ciders and spirits plus local ale and beer, select wines and Sarah’s homemade lemon squash (made to her Grannie’s recipe). Once again, if you want specific drinks, we are happy to oblige but our “stock” wines are typical of their type and very affordable.
From the Boat
Hand crafted & tailor-made for events. This unique, state-of-the-art kitchen on wheels with a boat as a bar!
Local hand dived scallops, Moules La Robeline, oysters, lobster and king prawns. The scallops and lobsters are caught by Josh Dearing of The Jersey Catch; oysters are grown by Jersey Oyster and the moules come from Cancale when they are in season (July to December) or from Ireland during the first half of the year. The king prawns are of a very high quality but are from Indonesia!
We make our own Belgian style Frites and also have a Raclette machine - our very posh “cheesy chips” have gained a large following!
From la Rôtissoire de la Robeline
Hand crafted in France especially for us, our Rotiserrie de la Robeline is perfect for a banquet!
Wood fire roasted meats! The grill is extremely versatile so we can do many things including free range chicken, lamb, pork, beef, hams, duck and game. All our meat is farmed to the highest standards and supplied from individual farms rather than a centralised distribution hub so we know how the animals were reared and that they have had a long and happy life. If you want Wagyu Beef, pré-salé lamb or Poulet de Bresse, we are happy to source that for you. The meat cooked on our grill is succulent, flavourful and with a hint of wood smoke - absolutely delicious!
From the Sausage Hut
Our special La Robeline Saucisse fired up on a flame grill in front of your eyes.
Our famous and delicious Saucisse Baguette made by ourselves to our own recipe and containing pork and our simple (but secret!) blend of seasoning. We honed the recipe 10 years ago and have been serving our sausages ever since at many events across the Island.

To finish your meal, we provide sumptuous cheese boards with a mix of hard and soft cheeses, bread, cheese biscuits, fruit, celery and chutneys and locally baked fruit tarts and cakes - tell us what your favourite is and we will be delighted to serve that.
